And I live in Brunswick Junction, Western Australia. It is about 200 km (120 miles) south of Perth which has the dubious claim to fame of being the most isolated city in the world. It beats Honolulu by just a few miles!! The nearest city is Djakarta in Indonesia. We are actually 8 hours flying from Alan in Christchurch. I know many Americans think Australia and NZ are close!! About the same as NY to Hawaii! So we also have the most isolated conventions here. We value very much our visiting workers. This year we are having Gaylen Van Loon and Craig Winquist. Our convention is 5 weeks away and counting.... Actually I shouldn't be so greedy because we had two wonderful conventions in Canada in July. But one does get an appetite for these things!!!

Hi ... We live in the Haliburton Highlands near the southern tip of Algonquin Park. Mid-way between Bancroft and Haliburton. We have two big orange mousers and one little toy poodle. The dog is only about 1/2 the size of our smallest cat. It is Autumn here...the colours of the leaves are spectacular...the days are still warm enough to go out with just a sweater. Bye for now; Pam

Canada-in BC in the south mid section of the province. We live just a few miles from the US (Washington) border. A beautiful valley with ideal weather...we get winter and snow, but not all that cold, really, as far as Canadian winters go.
