Some of the members who post here might be interested in "spicing up" their posts, so to speak. In this thread I will try to write some easy instructions for everyone to refer to if needed to do such things as change font, colors, add quotes, avatars, etc...
While I decipher the Help Video and do what I used to do (technical writing) I recommend you use the "Help" function near the top of each page. It's icon is the blue circle with the ? in it.
Clicking this will take you to the Help Page where the Help Guide Video will begin to play when you click "Getting Started." I think the Help Video is pretty well done but there is no audio and there are pop-up notes to guide and explain the functions.
"Getting Started" and "Member Guide" will get you proficient in reading and posting and managing your member page. The "Goodies" are not covered anywhere that I know of on the ProBoards Site so I did a lot of crash and burn attempts to master the advanced posting functions such as font, color, quotations etc.
I'm not there yet but together we can make this not only a place of Peace and Edification in Christ but can perhaps add come color and brightness to the posts.
If there are any questions about certain functions or problems with the features of the board, use this thread to post them or PM me.
Thanks, and Wishing Peace

Here are some helpful tools to make things easy and interesting:
1) How to use "Quotes" from others: The quotes is on the upper right hand. Click on that...
2) Change to different colors such as red, blue, yellow, etc...
Click on the word colors on the upper right corner.
3) Copy and paste:
Use the mouse and highlighted what you want to copy then click the right side of the mouse then the list of copy and paste appear on the screen then click...
4) How to use Spell check for bad spellers: ;D
5) How to modify posts:
Richard, this is what I meant... perphaps you can give a better instruction on how to explain these things better than I can so the readers can use these benefits on here. Thanks, my friend.[/color]
